The
Christmas Tree is so much easier to transport after the Tree Guy has run it
through the Bailer. But the unfortunate thing about the Bailer is the cable; it
has a tendency to gouge into the tree trunk destroying the Cambium layer that
gives it the tree the ability to suck up water. If they can push it through the
bailer by hand they leave the trunk undisturbed.
Trees
dry out fast enough while in their stands; leaving a carpet of needles out the
door when their usefulness has come to an end. So try and get it home today
with\out bailing it, your feet will love you for it come January.
