Deer and your Hostas

For those of you in or near the woods and you have hosta growing in your landscaping, be on the lookout for deer, without the antelope, playing and nibbling on your greenery.
Life’s getting tough for the wildlife and they are venturing in looking for water and your lush habitat. Repellents with cayenne pepper will give them something to think about, and remember, causing them to think twice about browse among your lilies.
Spray the undersides of the leaves as well, this way if it does rain you’ll still have an effective coating of this mouth burning stuff that didn’t wash off.
